Principal photography began in May 2022 and ended in February 2023 with filming taking place in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Ladakh. Ravi Basrur composed the film score. The soundtrack was also composed by Basrur, along with Himesh Reshammiya, Devi Sri Prasad, Sajid Khan,Sukhbir, Payal Dev and Amaal Mallik.

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan was released theatrically on 21 April 20 with Eid.^[5][6] Made on a production and marketing budget of around ₹225 crore (US$28 million), including Khan's ₹100 crore (US$13 million) salary,^[2][7] the film earned an estimated gross of over ₹182.44 crore (US$23 million) worldwide, making it one of the highest-grossing Hindi films of 2023 and one of the highest grossing Indian films of 2023.^[8] Despite a strong opening, the film underperformed at the box office.^[9][10]
